Community Facilities District 2017-1 (CFD 2017-1) has replaced the Lighting, Landscaping, Parks District No. 2 (LLPD2) and Assessment District 2003-1 (AD 2003-1) for all residential developments formed in 2017.  

The CFD 2017-1 provides a funding mechanism for public improvements within each Tract.
