Open Enrollment 24-25

Benefits open enrollment is happening October 14th – October 31st. Read on to learn what that means for you.

What’s open enrollment?

Open enrollment is your annual chance to update your benefit choices and dependents. You are selecting benefits for January 1st – December 31st, 2025. After open enrollment ends, you can’t change your benefits elections until next year’s open enrollment, unless you experience certain life events. 


During Open Enrollment, you can change plans, add coverage, and purchase other voluntary coverage such as life insurance or AFLAC.
  Deferred compensation 457 elections and changes can occur at any time throughout the year. 

If you miss open enrollment, you are only allowed to make medical/dental/vision/life plan changes with a qualifying family status change such as:  birth/adoption of a child, loss of other healthcare coverage, eligibility for new healthcare coverage or marriage/divorce. Notify Human Resources within 30 days if you have a qualifying life event and need to add or drop dependents outside of Open Enrollment.
